Hu Jiapeng: Embracing Challenges through Transfers
Hu Jiapeng has been with the company for 14 years, with his career spanning multiple transfers, from the Production Department to the After-Sales Department, and back to the Production Department. Facing the challenges posed by transfers, Hu Jiapeng always maintains a positive mindset. He firmly believes, "Wherever I am, giving my best is the best answer. Every transfer is recognition and trust in my abilities."
During the pandemic, Hu Jiapeng's work was even more challenging. He needed to travel frequently and faced a tight work schedule and immense pressure, yet he remained calm and focused. He recalls a crucial moment: "That project was vital. Senior leaders were all present to observe, demanding that the steel rail remain intact under the impact of the drop weight tester. Standing in front of the tester, I whispered 'It can't break.' That tension and focus made me check every detail more carefully, ultimately ensuring the project's success."
Despite the exhaustion of continuous work, Hu Jiapeng never gave up. He said that although he was tired, the sense of responsibility to those waiting for him on site kept him going. The company's support and encouragement were also indispensable sources of strength on his journey.
Zeng Junjie: Bold Hypotheses, Cautious Verification
Zeng Junjie, from the Technical Department, is a nine-year technology explorer. Addressing the confusion and challenges that new employees may face at work, he offers his advice. He encourages new employees to dare to try and not be afraid of making mistakes. When starting out, they should diligently complete tasks assigned by their supervisors, identify problems, boldly formulate hypotheses, and verify them through practice. In reflection and summarization, one will find oneself steadily maturing.
Zeng Junjie also emphasizes the importance of discovering useful tools, believing they can greatly enhance work efficiency. He shares, "In my work, I continuously try new tools and methods, which not only improve my personal abilities but also bring more value to the team." His nine years of experience have made him deeply understand that only through continuous learning and trying can one remain competitive in the technical field.
